At Eataly, we source our meat from clean, sustainable farms and ranches where the animals graze daily in open pastures and are humanely handled. Our butchers will cut your meat to order, in addition to offering housemade sausages and traditional dry-aged beef.

IL PESCE BY DIANA'S SEAFOOD: FISHMONGER
Just like Nando Fiorentini, our pescivendolo (fishmonger) in Torino, the fishmongers at Eataly Toronto do not sleep until they find the finest seafood. We’ve partnered with local and beloved seafood supplier Diana’s Seafood to offer exceptional, fresh seafood.

I SALUMI & I FORMAGGI: CURED MEATS & CHEESES
Our salumi and formaggi department offers the highest quality Italian and local cured meats and cheeses, including Prosciutto di Parma DOP, Parmigiano Reggiano® DOP, Grana Padano DOP, and more. With each product, our mongers will tell you the story of the animals that produced it, the people who crafted it, and the land that gave it life.

LA MOZZARELLA
Every day, Eataly makes fresh mozzarella (and, on special occasions, its creamy sister burrata) with local curds by hand right in front of our guests. Visit our mozzarella corner, enjoy the same fresh cheese in our restaurants, and then take some home with you!

I LATTICINI: DAIRY
Eataly sources the highest quality milk from local Ontario producer Sheldon Creek Dairy. Their cows are pasture-fed and the milk is kept just as the cows make it, non-homogenized and minimally pasteurized to keep the nutrients intact.

LA PASTA FRESCA: FRESH PASTA
Every day at Eataly, our pastai, or pastamakers, transform simple ingredients into intricate pasta shapes inspired by the rich traditions of every Italian region using simple high-quality ingredients: water, flour, and eggs.

LA PANETTERIA: BAKERY
Every day, Eataly's bakery produces freshly-baked bread with our wood-burning oven, mother yeast from Italy, and fresh local flour.

LA PASTICCERIA: PASTRY
Every day, the Eataly pastry team creates typical Italian pastries, cakes, and cannoli that are as beautiful as they are delicious. All of Eataly's dolci are made in-house daily using the freshest seasonal ingredients.

LA FRUTTA & LA VERDURA: PRODUCE
Our produce section features locally-grown and seasonal fruits and vegetables, in addition to unique items hard to find anywhere else.
