While la Festa del Ringraziamento might not be an Italian holiday, we give thanks every day for bountiful harvests and fresh, fair ingredients. Our turkeys are heirloom and organic, raised humanely on a special diet, so that you can bring the same Italian quality and care to your Thanksgiving table.
At Eataly, we are proud to offer Thanksgiving turkeys that have been raised exclusively for us. We carefully sourced our birds from just two small-scale farms that follow the Eataly philosophy of good, clean, and fair. Every step taken ensures that the finished product on your Thanksgiving table is of the utmost quality and fullest flavour.
VG MEATS | Norfolk County, Ontario
10-20+ pound Heritage Pasture-Raised Turkeys

VG Meats is a family-owned company that has been raising high-quality meat since the 1970s. Started by previous generations and now run by four brothers, VG Meats farms are found in Norfolk County, Ontario. These large white turkeys are raised on grass pastures that are growing in regenerating soils, fresh air, and sunlight. The birds spend their days foraging and also have access to free choice, non-GMO feed.

These turkeys sourced from Ontario’s Woodward Meat Purveyors are grown with care in Southwestern Ontario by second-generation turkey farmers. The birds enjoy an all-grain diet with added minerals and vitamins to ensure balanced nutrition, and steroid, and hormone-free.

Start off the festivities with antipasti of salumi and formaggi! Our expert cheesemongers handcraft each platter with care, selecting on the best cheeses and salumi for crowds big to small. Or, impress your guests with a whole leg of Prosciutto di Parma DOP Aged 18 months or a quartered wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano® DOP Aged 12 months!
Complete your Thanksgiving menu with our selection of ready-to-heat sides like Mushroom Ragù, featuring an assortment of wild mushrooms, or Lasagna Emiliana, with layers of our housemade fresh lasagna sheets, Ragù alla Bolognese, Besciamella, and Parmigiano Reggiano DOP. You can also shop for high-quality ingredients (think: freshly baked bread, housemade pasta, seasonal fresh vegetables), or go for something extra decadent like the prized tartufo bianco d’Alba – white truffles are now in season! – a selection of fresh seafood platters from our local partner, Diana’s Seafood, or Calvisius caviar.
For dessert, pre-order our Tiramisù della Nonna, Pasticcini (mini pastries), and housemade Torta di Mele for an Italian take on apple pie, or the Torta alla Millefoglie e Gianduja, a flaky Napolean layered with chocolate hazelnut cream, for something on the nuttier side.
