Whether you’re cooking a low and slow osso buco or grilling up prime dry aged ribeyes, everything that you will find at our butcher counter follows the Eataly philosophy of good, clean, and fair. Every step taken ensures that the finished product on your table is of the utmost quality and fullest flavour.
Looking for a particular cut? Just ask our butchers! They can trim, truss, and tie any meat of your choosing.
Now, that you’ve got your centerpiece – complete the table with everything from antipasti to dolci.
Start off the festivities with of salumi and formaggi. Our cheesemongers handcraft each platter with care, selecting on the best cheeses and salumi for all sizes of soirées. Start with paper-thin slices of Prosciutto di Parma DOP aged 24 months and Prosciutto Toscano DOP Aged 18 months, then pair with the brothy notes of Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, made with milk from heritage breed cows.
Complete your menu with our selection of high-quality ingredients (think: freshly baked bread, housemade pasta, seasonal fresh vegetables), or go for something extra decadent like the prized tartufo bianco d’Alba – white truffles are now in season! – a selection of fresh seafood platters or Calvisius caviar, and Italian wines. Want to spend less time at the stove? Let us take care of some of the cooking this holiday season with housemade dishes that are ready-to-heat or ready-to-serve like Cavoletti con Pancetta Affumicata, roasted brussel sprouts with salumi and maple agrodolce, and Gnocchi al Ragu di Manzo featuring our housemade potato gnocchi with braised beef ragu and Parmigiano Reggiano DOP.
For dessert, pre-order our Tiramisù della Nonna, Pasticcini (mini pastries), the show-stopping Sette Velle seven layer cake, and Torta Millefoglie, all made from scratch by our pastry team. Plus, don’t forget a Panettone or Pandoro to pair with your meal, and for breakfast the next day.
