PIZZA AL PADELLINO
Pizza al padellino, or “pan pizza,” is a type of pizza that’s baked in small, round pans. Think of it like Italian-style “deep dish.” Typically served in Torino, pizza al padellino has a thick soft crust, that gets slightly browned on the outside when baking. It can be topped with a variety of ingredients, from prosciutto to mozzarella. At La Piazza, our chefs have created over a dozen different varieties to choose from, like Salsiccia – prepared with our housemade fennel sausage, housemade mozzarella, Mutti tomato, locally-sourced peppers and red onion – or Melanzane, featuring Mutti tomato, roasted eggplant, basil, chili flake, housemade mozzarella, and Pecorino Romano DOP.

COCKTAILS WITH EUCLID FARMS
At Eataly we not only eat with the seasons, but drink with them too! We’ve partnered with Toronto’s Euclid Farms, a smallscale urban flower farm that sources rare and heirloom varieties of herbs and botanicals from around the world. Our mixologists have created a rotating menu of cocktails infused with blooms and greens grown in micro-farms in the city’s West End.

Calling all wine lovers! Want to discover your next new favourite sip? Every Wednesday at La Piazza, we’ll be featuring a selection of regional Italian wines by the glass that you won’t find on our everyday menu. With a different theme every month, there’s always a new sip to discover! For the month of August, our experts are serving up biodynamic wines.
BOTTLE SHOP THURSDAYS

A weekly celebration of all things birra, featuring an expanded list of brews from our in-house brewery, Birroteca by Indie Alehouse, a rotating selection of Ontario craft brewers like Sawdust and Dominion City, and tastings led by our experts so you can find the perfect beer for your tastes.
Each month, we’ll also feature a style of pizza from a different region of Italy available on Thursdays. For the month of July, our chefs are taking you to Napoli for Pizza Montanara, a deep-fried Neapolitan pizza with Mutto tomato, Ponte Reale Mozzarella di Bufala, basil, and Parmigiano Reggiano DOP.

Born in Veneto during the 1800s when visitors from the Hapsburg Empire would lighten strong Italian wine with a splash, the Spritz has since evolved to become more with the addition of bitters to balance out this classic Italian drink. Every weekend at La Piazza, create your very own spritz! All you have to do is choose your base (either bittersweet citrus, bitter-herbal fruit, or savoury-sweet Torino) and your garnish, and our team will take care of the rest.
