Meet San Carlo Chips

The story of San Carlo is a long and successful story, which began over 80 years ago in Milan.

In 1936, Francesco Vitaloni opened the “Rosticceria San Carlo” in Via Lecco 18, named after the nearby church of San Carlo al Lazzaretto. Soon after, the shop distinguished itself for a revolutionary – at the time – specialty: the “crispy fries,” which wee distributed daily to the bakeries and bars in the surrounding area. In just a few years, production of San Carlos chips grew exponentially, and so, Francesco moved the company to Greco, in the city of Naples, and officially took the name of San Carlo chips.

Over the last 80 years, San Carlo has expanded to reach all over the world with a variety of flavours, from their Classic Potato to Paprika to Pesto and many more!  A single bite of San Carlo will bring you straight to the heart of Italia, a place where you can indulge in “La vita è Buona” – the Italian way of living life; a life made of simplicity and filled with joy.
