At Eataly, we believe that gelato and sorbetto complement any season and any time of day! Every day, our team makes small, fresh batches of these frozen treats using only the highest quality ingredients, including whole milk from Sheldon Creek Dairy from Loretto, Ontario, pistachios from Sicilia, hazelnuts from Piemonte, coffee from illy and more. Savour a wide selection of flavours on our handmade cones or even a bombolone (a classic Italian filled doughnut). Our sweet treats are available to enjoy on the spot or to take home – depending on how much you want to share, of course.

SUMMER SCOOP SERIES
Inspired by the innovativeness and high-quality gelato offered around Toronto, and knowing the local love for this frozen treat during the summer season (and all year long!), Eataly launched the Summer Scoop Series. From June through September, we’re partnering with a different Toronto gelato maker for a one-of-a-kind flavour using both their signature ingredients and flavours, as well as a selection of products found in Eataly’s marketplace.
It’s our last Summer Scoop Series collaboration for the season and we’re ending off on a sweet note with Futura Granita + Gelato, the St. Clair Avenue West shop founded by Lois and Carlo specializing in refreshing Italian treats. This month’s feature flavour: Honey-Roasted Apple Crostata, features Niagara Ginger Gold apples that are roasted in spices and chestnut honey from our marketplace and Futura’s housemade crostata. As we transition from summer to fall, enjoy this take on an Italian apple pie from our gelato counter all month long!
