Get ready pizza lovers! Starting September 30, 2021 we’re inviting chefs and restaurateurs from across Toronto’s culinary scene to feature their special pizza creations for one night only in La Pizza e La Pasta.


Meaning “four hands” in Italian, Quattro Mani is our guest pizza chef series. For one night only, each guest pizzaiolo will prepare their creation behind our counters at La Pizza & La Pasta restaurant. Then, throughout the evening, we’ll serve a mini version of their pizza alongside a special mini pizza pairing made by our pizza partners, Rossopomodoro (hence the name “quattro mani”). With these special creations, you’ll be able to get a taste of some of Toronto’s best restaurateurs and chefs! The best part? $10 from every Quattro Mani pairing sold will be donated to the guest’s charity of choice.

Chef Pasquale Russo | Gusto 501

Thursday, October 14 from 5-8 p.m.

Pasquale Russo is the Chef de Cuisine of Gusto 501. Pasquale moved to Toronto in 2012 to pursue his dreams of becoming a chef through the study of Culinary Arts at George Brown College. After working within multiple locations in the city including Bar Buca, he made Gusto 101 his home for six years, before joining the opening team of Gusto 54 Restaurants Group’s 2020 concept, Gusto 501.

Rossopomodoro: Sotto Bosco
A Mix of Sautéed Shiitake, Porcini, and Cremini Mushrooms, Gorgonzola DOP, Mozzarella di Bufala, Rovagnati Gran Biscotto Prosciutto Cotto

A portion of proceeds from each Quattro Mani pairing sold on October 14 will be donated to FoodShare, organization advocating for food justice in Toronto by supporting community-based food initiatives.
