We’ve never done it like this before. On Friday, June 16 from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., experience Eataly, after hours as we kick off the summer all’Italiana with a late-night celebration featuring endless Italian bites, sips to get you in the summer spirit, and unlimited entertainment.

What can you expect? Think: midnight pasta-making led by our experts, after-dark blind tastings to test your wine knowledge, hand-crafted cocktails to “cheers” to summer nights, a DJ that will have you dancing the night away, live caricatures to transport you to a late-night Italian piazza, and more.
Our chefs are crafting a menu filled with some of their late-night favourites (think: salumi and formaggi, regional pizzas, artisanal pastas, housemade sweets and treats, and more). To pair, our experts are ready to fill your glass with regional Italian wine, craft cocktails, and locally brewed beer from Birroteca by Indie Alehouse.
We are offering two check-in times for this event to ensure seamless entry for all guests. No matter which time you choose, you’ll be able to enjoy everything that Eataly After Hours has to offer!
