From December 16-22, 2019, join us at Eataly Toronto as we celebrate five extraordinary cheeses in partnership with the Italian Trade Commission. Join for special tastings in our marketplace where you’ll be able to learn more about our producers, the history and production process behind each of these unique formaggi, and then try some for yourself!

Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, Pecorino Romano DOP, Gorgonzola DOP, Taleggio DOP and Mozzarella di Bufala DOP are just five of many DOP cheeses we carry at Eataly. The DOP, or denominazione d’origine protetta, guarantees that each product is made according to an authentic regional production method and results in totally unique, high-quality flavour.
