Known for producing wines of remarkable elegance and depth, the winery benefits from prized vineyard holdings in both the northern and southeastern areas of the appellation, where favorable geography, rocky soils, and thoughtful winemaking come together to express the best of Sangiovese.
Tommaso Cortonesi, third-generation winemaker at the estate, will lead the sampling and share insights into the family's winemaking tradition and the unique terroir of Montalcino. Beyond his role at the winery, Tommaso is also affectionately known as the "Prince of Montalcino"—having married into the local noble family.
This relaxed, drop-in sampling is designed to offer a brief taste and introduction to the wine directly from the producer. Stop by, enjoy a sip, and discover the story behind the bottle.
